Tsunami Dock

The first big piece of Japan tsunami debris to reach us—earlier than expected. I hope they find the engineer who designed this thing and give him or her a raise. Incredible. Hundreds of people have come to see it, not sure whether to celebrate or mourn. A bit of both, I think.
